Here is a Lent question – if full continuous water Fast makes you feel increasingly better, is that a Sacrifice or Offering for God? It is a rejection to the Demon(s) of Gluttony EnSlaving us, and that also does not seem to fall into the Sacrifice aspect as it should have been normal.

A good idea for a book – the concept could open-up an entire new area. I would be interested in such from different philosophers – same focuses would give a different perspective on practical aspects of their thoughts and works.
