[ It is Sunday morning again – Praise God!

I will be going to Mass this morning and Adult Catholic Theology Cataclysm class after, so will not return until the early afternoon, so what I can not get to this morning will be finished later – God Willing.]

Quickly going through morning prayers and meditations - mostly review of recent Reflections. My soul seems might Lighter after going almost two weeks (13 days) between Confession and Mass.

Yesterday after Mass at the monthly Men's Catholic Breakfast there was some Catholic topics but that was from further down the table and I could not hear enough to follow, so my neighbors and I enjoyed the food and discusses general social topics. I ordered sausage with my eggs as I have had a hankering for sausage for a better part of a week .. I had an Italian Catholic house mate back in the 1990's and he cooked a great pasta red souse which was very thin but well spices and contained sausage and I this Popped into my mind last week, and if I had gone shopping I would have gotten some sausage and a lot of fresh garlic, fine chopped onion, green & red peppers, and with my basic tomato sauce I would have made a basic 'soup', as the pasta would have to be skipped – sadly .. I was thinking how I used to quickly cook-up some pasta, throw in a chunk of butter and cheese and garlic and that – after a hard afternoon of putting in fence posts or such, would hit-the-spot.

The simple things in life that when they not possible anymore – like running - become even Sweeter.

So I ordered extra sausage .. but now think I should have ordered tomato juice. Oh, well – God Willing I will someday go food shopping again, and will make that meal .. perhaps before this nutritional-caused craving.

The Sick syphilitic drooling Jew or their other twisted victims sitting in our feces-covered streets shouting for the killing of Palestinians are in need of Help – perhaps with some of those Billions of dollars given for war-crimes and genocide – And not hanged from light-post over the corpses of all older women in their families and close social-peer families .. like for those with Power shouting the same things.

.. I would hope that since your Muslims are not 'baby-murder-okay' mind-broken and such would be Clear to you, especially after so many clear recorded and distributed murders, war-crimes, genocide of other Muslims – F-ing Shame Shame Shame on you!
