This morning I celebrated morning Mass – Ember Saturday – and had little time after prayers this morning to do any Journalling. The addition of the Pre-Mass prayers added extra time, and my Fever slowed these down – although I suppose I am getting used to it. My Fever goes up-and-down, this morning I woke is a wet bed as my fever broke and the temp. was 99 degrees F and then in a bit I started shivering and 103.8 degrees F, and then later back to 101.4 and at that point my cheap mass-produced thermometer died – battery dead I think, so I will have to go by what my biological symptoms are – I suppose.
Since I am feeling weak – since I am drinking a lot of water towards clear urine I will need salt and potassium. I have salt and a friend will bring 'no salt' to Mass tomorrow.

What else? .. My intellect seems flat and I am dose, so this post will be little more then a few videos and and article. I hope this is of value to you.
