[Added later] As I am getting ready to start publishing .. I am wondering who closed my window I open this morning where I do my morning prayers. I have basically 2 two room apartment – with bathroom – and at no time could a person normally enter and move about – not without some kind of memory-erasure device or Spell.
If it was some minor action that I did not have to careful stand and set my back-right (so not to injure by off-center torque forces) to close the rather stiff window – if it was moving my water cup or not moving it and forgetting – I would not be so sure.
So .. possible Multiverse Shift, but why and-or am I suppose to notice the window or was it forgottenly left in wrong state (moved to where I never opened it.)
Because I was looking at Venus (the planet) and the standing, etc. I have a clear memory of opening it, as well as turning off the air-condition – all clear, but there is the window closed and air-system off (which is disOrdered as I 'connect' those as an Unit of action.)

In this morning's prayers and meditations I was extending the 12 Segment Compass Prayer (12 Tribes, 12 Apostles, 12 variations of the 4 Basic Human Natures) which I address the Ideal Military a bit in recent Post (archived, Index Number 1960, see PS for full URLs) was considering the Ideal Police.
The Function of Police is to maintain Social Order, and as Saint Paul writes – this starts with brothers, friends, neighbors who privately discuss the transgression with them, and then if needed then two Christians would try again – that each may be a witness of proper form and attempt was followed, and if that fails then the Church is engaged and such Authority becomes involved. These Steps are motivated – or should be – in Love and Loving Correction.
Since we need to discuss in General with how our Satanic Ruled society where this has been made nearly impossible and dangerous – as many men working besides slimy women and minorities of those connected and otherwise empowered by the evil powerful – like friends and children of owners in employment where inJustice is standard, Human Resources departments filled with vile [white] male-hating vicious Witches – which have been following the policies of removing white men and replacing with meritless virtueless and Sick cnts and minorities, ..

So in an idea society 'the State' would not likely be involved unless mobs decide to Justly Burn to Death such Witches that are common in every power structure and in employment and all major Institutions and Gov. .. the Police would prevent the possible unJust killings of such evil vile Horrors, and then the courts – ideally a group of older Fathers in a counsel – would get involve to assure Justice is not damaged or misused.
Unfortunately too many situations that need Police in our Sickened Dying Western Societies are best treated by the military – all those around us that refuse to follow basic human interaction Dignity and Loving communication should be consider Enemies of Nation and driven across boarder and removed from political, financial, and other power within the nation. Removal of Civil Rights and treated as the Poisonous Sick F-ing evil Horrors that they are – Dangerous to all Goodness, and Society.
Of course too many women and nearly every immigrant from the last few generations would need to be ejected.. should be unless they Repent, and reduce their slimy evil impacts until they can get into the proper State-of-Being not to be a threat in their very breathing and their internal demonic warped minds.
Anyway – not likely to get much further in the 'Ideal Police' except that we each as civil members and neighbors should be removing by Loving interaction all of what is now not being addressed – because of danger from employees or abusers, employer, State, Professional groups and association .. and perhaps even our actual Churches all Programmed or Actively pushing Satanic Lying, unJust, disOrdering, society destroying responses.

It seems like a good time to remind those who have known (and forgotten) and those that have not yet learned how chop-sticks can greatly increase the pleasure of eating. I have recently re-remembered this is the slow deliberate snaking on Wasabi Peas and Raisins that have been soaked overnight in water heated to boiling and then once room-temp placed in refrigerator of night - or longer -plump and sweet (and if you reuse the water a few times it becomes super-sweet and can be frozen in ice-trays with tooth-picks as a different hot-day snack.
