The other aspect most significant it his Legitimacy as a Bishop. His past actions as I understand them is that he wrongly Ordered the State over the Church when he reported the 2 priests who were disobeying the State and Celebrating Masses in regions of the country the State did not want done.
And I suggest the added factor is that they were likely [Rightly] disobeying his order to stop. This is surmised given the Female-Evil Public Pettiness displayed numerous time since in public eye – and so the report to the State may have had an element of vindictiveness, and likely he had not instead reported to Vatican because he would have been clearly shown to be unFit as a Bishop, or in any position of Authority over Clergy and other within the Church.
He has not publicly Recanted such an action specifically related to giving State higher Authority then Church (God) and his behavior since Pope in terms of secrete dealing with China and Coining the souls of Christians in China to their Ruling Elite and the State .. where it is likely that Confessional information will be used by the State.
And the Confessional Reporting to the State Aspect has come up in the French Archbishop who publicly undermined the Church [in France and elsewhere] when he made statements that reports of child abuse should be reported. And it is possible that the priests throughout France may have been ordered – perhaps indirectly such as that public Statement – to do such, and Pope Francis has been silent on the matter, allowing such a clear Evil to Poison the Body of Christ – especially as it can be assumed that such a policy likely exists in France and as a Catholic it is safe to assume such evil will not stop there, and what else will or is already added – perhaps the particular Sin each Catholic was planning to Confess.

Let me propose a general rule for this or any Pope in the future to go-by.
If a Bishop places the Authority of the State over the Body of Christ that he is likely unfit for that position and perhaps others in the Church.

The fitness of the Bishops throughout the USA and beyond should be also evaluated in the assistance in the mass illegal immigration (for State money) or economic migrants who almost none would fit the old standard of Political Repression and Threat by the States they were 'fleeing', and the Popes pushing of such family-destroying wage suppression siding with Golden Calf venture capital Witches and Satanists controlling the nearly unRestricted corpDragons that convey Immunity to their Satanic directors and leaders.

What to do?
I recommend removal of Pope Francis of course, but there is no way that can be done – as far as I can tell – but the Bishops or Laity through Canon Law .. so me must – while Praying for Pope Francis The Destroyers Conversion to Catholicism – expect his death. Those Lists, or non-criminal 'Records' that will haunt that young man until he dies – suicide or homelessness and violence likely before 30 – reminds me of a few things.
The story I heard not long ago about the man who could not find employment in the field he went to University for and was well qualified for, that had to work blue-collar and related jobs who happen to discover that for over a decade of failure that his name was on such a List, that some vile [likely Fatherless Witch Raised] cnt young lady in late HS reported him for some kind of sexual-abuse charge which was looked into by local police and he was cleared .. and he forgot about it.
