This morning's prayers and medications involved long period of time in Meditation State for-which I have no real memory remaining .. and I started earlier then usual - and finished later!
Instead of writing reflection about that time I will instead watch some of these videos – they look and seem good from the little I seen, so I have included them but find it is getting harder for me to cover those videos for my own interest, I am far behind and need to catch-up.
