It would not difficult to have a central location which contains actual arguments for and against topics so no Censorship is needed .. and along with such a system is the social requirement and civil that those who argue a position and does not argue against the best debated point should be treated as someone to ignore in that subject, and not be allowed power over others related to such topics. There would be a lot of gray-area of course, and many people who are unwilling to dive into the subjects but willing to act based on some tag-line should be ignored and similar.
Of course (publicly accessible through video, Public Database filed with argument-reasons, ..)
