At some point before sailing ships and other methods of rapid travel the limit of speed of information had a maximum speed that a line of people within sight and shouting distance to convey it. Of course anything beyond Yes-No requires more time then this, as well as the inaccuracies which would be involved – even if people where intending to convey the absolute truth. This in relation to the speed of SunDown.
