.. and being the guy I am an entire Program flashed before me on a continuously expanding reference table to speed the look up – and likely what they used .. something like you do a normal sequential search for the first 4 digit lookups – then you throw together a table that continuously expands, 5 digits, and below that 6 digit sequences .. only added when otherwise not found and your code must go to the raw string of characters, with the positions stored each time .. it would be memory intensive – I suppose that would be a good exercise to give values on the growth needs .. but would return very quick responses – even multiple responses in order that the show up – which could be useful for other reasons like – on the Nth occurrence of String_digits(X), the following 8 digits is the Pass-code, for example.

Using Images.
Simple. Which reminds me of one of the things I was considering this morning.
I have a relationship with a passing woman I see once in a while and she is a real time-sink because she wants to talk politics - yet does not.
