In this mornings prayers and medications a strange topic filled my mind between the sections of prayer when I have Honored first Holy Mary – as my Gateway – then directly he Father, The Trinity, and all the Saints, Martyrs, Angles, Jesus Christ's Holy Church, Holy Neural Network including ... and the specific Saints and those rolls as my Model of Holy subscribes to them – it the limited senses I Understand it, 'with Intention of Form made Perfect through The Holy Ghost' etc ..
.. but not yet entered into the next stage – which is the start of the Holy Candle set-of prayers (and sub-prayers and Meditations – like the 12 people I reflect through and pray in the general sense to us all who are so inflicted or subject to those situations, conditions, and the Like, giving Praise to God in each and all for the Stepping Stone towards us and their Salvation, and giving Opportunity to Serve, Sacrifice, Steward for God, Church, Man, Nation, Self-Neighbors, Creation, and-or what is Pleasing to Him, ..
when I found my mind focused on something strange.

I found myself doing Apologetics and Judgment related to a fictional character in a fictional story .. a young Midshipman in C.S. Forester's, ..
.. for which I have read twice in my recent life, and it has been a while so I will have to reread it with this aspect.
Which is the Mid-shipmen who pushed the insane Captain down a hatchway when the Captain was about to capture and arrest the entire chain-of-command below him who were discussing his fitness and should they remove him.
It seems the issue is complicated and hinges on timing. The Captain was insane and growing worse, unfit to command and the ship was falling apart, and the Captain was about to Arrest and so remove all the Lieutenant from the chain-of-command, arguably he would have even if they were not caught in a secrete meeting – made necessary because of the growing insanity and rules the Captain has imposed, and so that Midshipman may have been the de facto Legal Captain at that point – depending on his status among the Midshipmen but might be circumvented by the fact that he was under and assigned to duty at that moment by the Captain was had they all been on deck together – the Captain and all the Lutenists with him on duty, and somehow the rest were all killed or removed somehow and unable to command he would become Captain.
.. in old British and French (and likely most all) Navys at the time the Midshipmen were volunteer acting 3rd Lutenists when on duty by today's standards. Reminder – my knowledge is only through indirect readings and some general principles – but for this internal debate I am assuming I am correct on these.
And so the debate rages .. I did some brief searches for some kind of Naval Law paper related to this, and not knowing where to look or even how best to frame the searches – and the fact the the AI's are shoving crap they think you want to see or they want you to see instead of paying attention to the request and the specific exactness ..
.. but do not get me going – like trying to find Ph.D. level material in a library manned (Witched) with librarians who are actively keeping you from finding it by shoving and directing you to children's sections or popular reading that is related to something about what you are looking for.

They Hate us and all we love or could every have loved, and if not tortured-to-death as babies then a like of constant needless mutilation, confusion, lies, and suffering at the hands of those screeching 'because we care!' and Similar – as our demon-oppressed and directed mothers and women are so ready to do.

But I digress .. a typical distraction where I can imagine Justly standing over the piles of Corpses of those involved and [most] all the older women in their families – mountains of them – and thinking what a Sad Celebration it would be once they are places in the mass graves and not a health hazard – what a Future is promised, and – of course – what could I and should I have done to help them turn from evil and Vagina-god Satan worship and the Horror that they spread for themselves and us all and our Futures.
.. Blessedly – this does not seem to happen when Communing with the Infinite Quantum Mind – or if it does – it is clearly not given the Grace that 'wishful thinking' and 'useless wondering' should rightly be given .. except as an underline of our End Times and the Salvation of the most possible – as God Demands Love and not Death and He absolutely expects me to help everyone, anything less from God would not be Godlike.

Back to the story.
It is his best of the series - as far as I am concerned, and weirdly I did not first like it because of the 3rd person perspective – Hornblower is not the teller of the story – the only one of the series the author did this perspective – but it is very well done and the story is packed – packed - with elements; and in a less realistic more romantic Idealized (of the British Navy) then the Patrick O'Brian, ..
The fact is that it is only surmised and believed – yet none of the lutenists speaks openly about the midshipman's roll, because they would then have to arrest him. The fact that had he waited until all were formally arrested and then had removed the captain from command as insane – likely needing to kill him at that point was not a consideration.
It is implied that the killing was because of the unjust repeated attacks to the midshipman by the captain, and in some moral weakness he responded when given an opportunity to take revenge. But I believe the motives can easily be more noble – that he would have been justified – to whatever degree he could be in the removing – based on the finest principle of the service as a Navy officer, given the situation .. yet the author never gave that impression – or the fuller dimensions of that aspect.
Apparently there is History and Precedence for a midshipman taking Rightful control of ship – WWII had a large ship were the Chain-of-Commend broke down and a midshipman took control, which as later justified, and a French midshipman was found at-fault for not being available at post when the chain-of-command above was all killed (he was assisting an injured man to below decks for care) – so charged with desertion of post, if memory serves – he was Expected and Required to have taken control – [in one of the] Napoleon Wars.
The one problem and criticism is the the midshipman did not confess to it. But it would have likely ended in his unJust punishment and likely death, after perhaps spending the entire rest of that journey 'in irons', so like the Justification under more religions for such a lie – it is arguable he was not only correct by Right in the unTruth.

I would really like to hear debates and read legal papers on these aspect, where more filling-out of details in the story relative to the positions would be argued .. was he vindictive and self-motivated or did he do the act that arguably saved the ship out of Duty – and further – what about our system today, could such a Just act – if present so it was – be done by a Virtuous Officer? Or how does it apply to us in day-to-day, given the insanity in 'Authority' over us, destroying everything – including those who are acting Rightly within the system.
If you have read the story, from memory now – so free of the specific details – how could you shape the background to make this act by the midshipman a Righteous Act that when fully examined was Correct in principle and in form .. for example if he actually waited until all the lutenist were arrested – and ignoring the Master and other Warrant offices status in the Chain-of-command to whatever degree they are legally obligated to take command – assume if they are (I am unclear – I think not) – they would practically likely be - especially if the midshipman was not – ignoring the requirement and effects of the crew – 'would they follow a young lutenist?' especially one who many only be 13 or 14 years old, kind of issues.
I will have to re-read the story now.
His first of the Hornblower – where he was a midshipman being tormented by an much older midshipman who – like a science graduate student doing project after project going from different labs and unable to advance to Ph.D. because no room (as if such a situation exists) but otherwise a basic slave doing Ph.D. work .. the older midshipman was bitter and actively abusive .. and Hornblower was a focus of his vileness to the point HornBlower not only decided he made a mistake going into the navy but was actively consider suicide, and so decided that if the opportunity arrived that he would Challenge him to a duel – and whichever one was killed – it would be a win. If he died he would be freed of the torment, and he and everyone under that man's authority would be free of him if Hornblower killed him .. and he got the chance.
There is something very much needed like that today .. of course with technology my #TaserDuel idea manages to force same [increasing through time] pain on both parties and ends only when both have decided it was Satisfaction .. and everyone lives and the effects of the Correction to both would be Transformative in the positive degree .. no more work-place or school shooting and murders, and family issues and in all walks of life would have good healthy direction for betterment of all.

Hopefully these things and points might be of value – as I mention, it was an unusual tangent to get into – although not very unusual in general – these kind of internal debates to some degree go on when I am trying to understand the seemingly strange or otherwise significant actions of others .. and good practice in applying and expanding our 'Theory of Mind', ..
