I think I cracked a rib. That spot has been a problem in the past and I wonder about my bones.
A few weeks ago I was looking for a buffer bit for my drill to smooth-out my not inexpensive plastic 'blue-blocker' glasses and the polarizing 'flip-downs' I use with my computer monitor – that does seem to make a difference .. and while searching on Amazon I found a drills which are for scrubbing, and remembering my soap-scum build-up that has been bothering me, I grab those also.
They work well. No wonder I was having trouble by hand – even with the drill it is hard to remove and the powered is like concrete .. and being thick plastic bristles – no scraping or damage. I did the sink (except I missed one or two little spots – of course) and went at the tub build-up – same effective removal but while arms both out and chest on side of tub I must have pressed to hard or came down to hard or something.
Back in the day .. being thrown down to the mat over and over again and popping back-up is a distant memory.
Of course not getting out and exercising is the problem. Oh, well – perhaps for Lent I will [start to] .. wheel around the block or something. I have the chin-up bar, but the evening before I splashed 450 degree F hot crease on the palm of my hand and had blisters. I managed to install it – a little too high up – but I never got that 'new' excited start period, and if it was not in the doorway I likely would be hanging cloths on it by now.
.. it is for back and hip stretching, and I need to lower it little so I can just grab it while sitting.
Better I tie two loops of rope – I think. It will be a pain to move and it is [mostly]level, and secure now.
The buffer worked well. I had a grinder – buffer 3.5 HP electric mounted device in my old shop and it was useful – my machete, knives, mover-blades, .. and hand weed-wacker blades were sharpened easily .. and I learned that back sharpening the asparagus knives as a teen – makes a huge difference, and yes, often you can continue as they get dull, but the effect and effort was worth it.
Same with the glasses – I mean what is more important then seeing clearly – you have a sock pile to sort? (Optometrists should advertise that pitch-line.)
I noticed that SubStack URL that I enter directly converts to the same with an “[URL]?r=aj22r” version – or after the '?' is some short string.
The problem with this is that in Archiving, these are treated differently because they go by the URL string of characters, so if someone were to search for the direct URL, they no longer get updates on the archived version – unless I do it manually. Also Archive requires me to 'confirm' I am not a robot every time, unless I send another off right away.
Each are requiring me to be more aware & careful [then most would be.]
.. And like everything else in this #CntHell, growing needlessly complicated, disOrdered, unTrue, and often Abusive and unJust .. filled with make-work and tormenting sluggary - where clearly needless and is there to either cause problems, waste resources and time, and such.
(Want clean water to drink? – you must buy it from a corpDragon. Only the serfs drink tap-water, and are brain-damaged and sicken with cancer for 'free'.)
Perhaps such have 'white lists' where our URL could be listed – where the Feature is that you will not be continuously kicked in the gonads – but you 'pay' extra, perhaps not in money but to Satan or Her Witches?
And about the spreading of Poison throughout of lives, destroy what was once Good, or even only fine & workable, ..

I want to comment about his point about the bank mistake name or such, my take your money and then you have all kinds of horrors to correct it – if you can.
.. I am trying to interact with the business that I ordered food to be delivered, and emailed that it was coming, then it never got here .. so my inquiry this weekend went unanswered – which is okay, office might be closed, and I resent in two ways yesterday about the situation and wanting confirmation that I not charged for it – and for trust issues that there was a reason beside my posting, this branch having a relationship for years, and the branch in Burlington for many years before that ..
But no answer. (Perhaps today?)
It could be something other then what I am concerned about, but it seems like the Female-Evil disHonorable Format that has been clearly increasing for 30 – 40 years, and has 'spilled-out' to become Institution-wide throughout here and likely all the West.
