Early Note: running very late today .. I will finish prayers & such and have something more before evening, at least edited better .. I hope, here is the basic version.

I spent part of the morning – a bulk of it – clearing away some kidney stones. Two Sundays ago I drank too much coffee – my only drug I allow myself rarely. .. Except I followed with another day of drinking a weaken with water, although I realized I had a Stone issue, and the normal flushing with copious amounts of water – since then, feel sick level of water drinking, and had not seemed to be fixing it as usually does, so last night I had some success – using my back-massager under the ribs in front, to sides, and below in back – which is not normally where you would apply because the pains are behind the ribs in back and like most internal organs is not the location of the pain (or body is wierd about that) so recalling that the kidneys are actually a little lower and avoided the rib-protection I has success – noticeable stones after peeing.
But still this morning I had no intestinal motion, so I was not done, more of the same and as I did last night later – pulled out of closet my TENS EMS device which I used to use on my back pain and other things – and spent the morning giving my urinary track a good – if painful and stimulating – treatment, and .. it worked.
I should throw-out my remaining coffee! Except I would buy more again at some point.
I use to take a Prescribed drug that reduces Uric Acid levels in body (because that it the type of stones I get – which is the better type as is manageable) but in clearing ways all those I stopped taking that drug and switched to a weak tea (which is not a problem for some reason.)
I was reading up on that drug and found enough suggestions that it might interfere in low-level with neurological function and other systems that metabolize Proteins (which is all cells and systems!), and found documentation that people who are above average intelligence have corresponding measurable increased levels of uric acid in blood.
This morning in my first pass a prayers I was thinking of the 'laying the ground-work' for Demonic Possession that our mothers and females in society do to us in the evil-Blinding the psychological twisting to make most of us unable to recognize the clear levels of evil the women in society are up to – we do not even call most crimes although lives are destroy much more readily then much of what we punish men for.
It reminded me of seeing a video of a guy who talked at a rally here in Burlington, I think it was when Bernie S was running for President, or maybe Howard Dean, it was long ago, but he talked about the Capture of the Journalists – the procedure they turn idealistically socially aware & caring young Professionals who want to write about Labor and Wag, common man & family issues – for example – but the editors (and Editor is literally the arm of the evil owners) through enough blocks and hassles, and over time the person stops trying to cover those issues, and after a while internalizes the evil-editor/owners values and soon stops thinking about such.
Now our social media is doing that with these vague terms of service and uneven enforcement – even to the same person and same issues – so the people who are earning and depend on such, or only want to avoid the stress of putting a lot of work creating a video, researching, etc., only to have it removed or otherwise not viewed much, subscribers not see them in the notices, not in search even with full name – or pages and pages down under the evil-Zionist Captured tax-paid and publicly supported bull-horns of evil that is main-stream media.
I not jokingly referred to such algorithms and active Staff censorship and hiding as the pre-Formatting us for Demonic Possessions like much of our Vagina-god Satan minion mothers, aunts, grandmothers, female teachers, ... , as mentioned in Post, December 7th, 2021, Tuesday Afternoon, 'Index Number 1315:', ..
