Yesterday I decided to break my water, (metabolic important salts), weak caffeined drinks and no solids Fast, and immediately regretted it – feeling sick within a bite or two after being so attracted to what I made to eat. I ended eating cooked-frozen solid protein chicken leg and a few veggies and whole garlic that was baked with that chicken – good opportunity to replace more simple salt, at least.

This morning I decided my insulin-desensitivity had been greatly improved over those 5 days, and yet I regretted breaking the Fast, not waiting for Sunday after Mass Pot-Luck lunch. I restarted for these two days .. and wonder if perhaps I will show-up with a tupper-ware container and grabbing a few samples for the following Sunday's Break-Fast, but although samples might be taken (for Science – of course) I will likely cave and regret again engaging my digestive system and those organs.

The sad news is that I lost access to those Dreams I mentioned yesterday morning .. it was in some kind of stupidity blindness that I realized by breaking my Fast that I Eat that pizza that her message on it, and so ...

Today there are a lot of videos and I have been going to be early and barely watched some of them, and those that I did – many I did not comment below – but it is already after 9 AM and I will give you a chance to use your 'Theory of Mind' skills and awareness of my over-views to speculate what [else] I may have written about them .. good practice, and perhaps a lot of such will expand your Consciousness, increase your links to the Holy Neural [Saints & Sinners] Network for greater Dimensional, and to Sit more versions of your souls around Your RoundTable.
