Given that the last time I tried to rent a car my credit-card strangle would not work, like those 'No Fly Lists' and such, it is designed to destroy your vacations or plans, because they do not warn you, you work extra hard to clear your desk or whatever, give the notice that you will be gone, set-up the trip, hotel rooms, .., then you get to the airport and 'ops!' you can not fly,and you had no idea.
